The Perez Dome will tonight host the biggest names on the local gospel scene when this year’s Adom Praiz, which has American gospel artiste, Hezekiah Walker, as the headline act comes off.
Started in 2009, Adom Praiz has been regarded as the only gospel music concert that provides the platform for local artistes to hit the international limelight and tonight’s show will be no different when renowned local gospel artistes such as Joe Mettle, KODA, Selina Boateng, Alabaster Box and Minister Francis Amu take the stage.

Highly rated for his stagecraft, Walker, who arrived in the country yesterday for the concert, is looking forward to impressing music lovers here with his unique approach to telling the word of God through music.
The home-based acts are also eager to prove their worth. They have huge following for their kind of music which their fans are familiar with and are sure of getting the audience to sing and dance along to their music.
Her Alpha and Omega song is still popular with gospel music lovers and musician, Selina Boateng is sure to heat up the auditorium with some of her songs like Medofo Pa, I’m Grateful and First and Last, which have won her a lot of admiration in the past years.
The Perez Dome, formerly Word Miracle International Chapel, has gradually made a claim as another useful venue. It would be the third time the Airtel Adom Praiz is being held there.
Head of Brands and Marketing Communications at Airtel Ghana, Cornelius Kakrabah, assured patrons who bought their tickets before it was postponed to bring them for entry.
“Airtel Adom Praiz 2015 will provide a platform for higher praise and worship while rejoicing in the Lord. This is why the theme for this year's edition is 'Rejoice in the Lord Always,’” he added.
Bishop Hezekiah Walker has 16 albums and has churned out soul-moving tracks like Every Praise, He Favoured Me among others. He would be performing with his award winning choir, Love Fellowship Choir.
